The Catholic Diocese of Gary is searching for a Manager of Operations to join our team!
This person will be responsible for the identification, assessment, improvement and/or design of quality programs and facilities that support efficient and effective ministry objectives. This position directs diocesan administrative and maintenance functions and serves as the creative project manager in these areas. Key components include leadership of staff, consultants and contractors focusing on the successful implementation of the diocesan annual operating plan.
The successful candidate will have strong oral and written skills, the ability to work independently handling multiple projects and have the ability to work well with others. A bachelor’s degree in business and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operations management role is required. Nonprofit and Church related experience preferred.
