Our Lady of Grace Church is currently searching for a Maintenance Assistant Technician whose responsibilities will include the following:
-maintaining a safe work environment.
-janitorial work in church, school, and all parish buildings, including cleaning bathrooms, classrooms, mopping floors, and all related duties.
-lawncare and all related duties, including handling and maintenance of equipment.
-snow removal and leaf removal in season. This includes reporting to work as needed on weekends and at irregular hours in season.
-basic repair of equipment and buildings.
-must be able to lift and carry significant weight, climb stairs, work in all-season weather, outdoors and indoors; this position involves use of ladders.
-reports directly to maintenance supervisor, but also is responsible to the pastor/administrator.
-reporting to work timely at the times and on the days scheduled.
-all other duties as assigned.
